Can I take advantage of the Free Shipping Offer?

Absolutely!  We’re happy to offer Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over $75.00 Australia wide. For any orders under $75.00, a $10.00 flat delivery charge will apply.  ISC reserves the right to end or change the free shipping offer at any time.  * Freight carriers and charges are subject to change.

When will I receive my order?

We always aim to dispatch within 3-4 Business Days from the date of any order but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. For deliveries in Australia, we use the Australia Post Standard Delivery service.

Can I request delivery to a different address?

Yes you can. When you log into your account, simply fill in the 'Delivery Address' fields and your order will be quickly and securely dispatched to the address you specify.

Do you offer refund or exchange for wrong size or change of mind?

Refund

Yes, if in its original condition* and returned within 10 days of original dispatch. ISC will only reimburse the total value of returned items, excluding any shipping costs associated to the original order. ISC takes no responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit and don't reach us. We recommend that you obtain postal insurance via a parcel tracking provider, before returning any items. 

Exchange

Yes, if in its original condition* and returned within 10 days of original dispatch. Exchanges refer to 'like-for-like' products of the same value. ISC takes no responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit and don't reach us. We recommend that you obtain postal insurance via a parcel tracking provider, before returning any items. 

Change of mind

No refunds will be considered if you have simply changed your mind.  

*Original condition includes; all tags are still attached to the garment, unused, unworn and unwashed . We’re happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons, ensure that underwear is worn underneath the garment. 

What cards do you take?

We process all our payments through the CBA and eWAY, one of the leading payment service providers. This allows us to accept the following Credit and Debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, AMEX. Please note: If payment is made by credit card, ISC may charge a processing fee of 1.25% for Mastercard & Visa and 2.5% for AMEX card holders. 

How secure is your site?

We place huge importance on the security of our site. All transactions, from signing up to your account, to making a payment, are encrypted using an SSL Certificate to secure all your important details. For added security, we pass the payment handling onto Secure Pay, one of the leading payment service providers, to give you peace of mind that your transaction is being handled securely. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. You also have the option to purchase via PayPal.

How do I get to hear about your offers?

Sign up to our newsletter by entering your email address and you'll receive all our latest offers, news and competitions. Should you wish to unsubscribe, you can by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails and we'll remove you from our mailing list.

How do I return or exchange items?

Step 1

Notify ISC Customer Service of the product return within 10 days of original dispatch. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, you will be issued a unique Return Authorisation form which must be returned with your goods at your expense.

Wrap the package securely and enclose your Return Authorisation Form and send to the applicable address below.

Step 3

Once we have received the returned Products, exchanges and refunds will be processed within 48 hours. ISC will only reimburse the total value of returned items, excluding any shipping costs associated to the original order. Refunds will credit the original account of payment. Please note bank to bank transfer times may vary and can take up to 5 days.

 
 

How about if the item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that a Product is sent to you in a faulty condition, ISC is happy to exchange or refund the item.

If ISC agrees the fault is a product defect, you will be issued a Return Authorisation form which must be returned with the product.

Can I cancel and order?

No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to ISC in accordance with the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
 
 

My coupon code is not working? 

Do not insert spaces when entering your coupon code. Coupon codes are case sensitive. Be sure to select the 'Apply Coupon' button (located in your shopping cart) for it to be applied to your order. Our newsletter coupon code can only be used once, per customer.
